Gem Prep does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or disability. Gem Prep does not discriminate in providing access to programs and/or related services to students with or without special education.
Students must be enrolled full-time in Gem Prep.
All applicants must be full time residents of the State of Idaho.
The number of openings offered to students will be established by the Board of Directors prior to the beginning of the application period each year.
Returning students and their siblings will be accommodated provided returning students submit re-enrollment requests, and siblings submit completed applications, by the published application closing date.
If more students request admission than can be accommodated, a lottery will be conducted.
Should a lottery become necessary, all students whose re-enrollment requests or completed applications received by the close of the application period will be entered into a lottery.
Applicants in the lottery who are not admitted will be placed on a waiting list in the order their names are drawn.
All students who apply after the close of the application period will be placed on the waiting list based on the date and time the completed application is received.
Siblings of newly accepted students who are seeking enrollment will be accommodated provided completed applications were received by the published application closing date.
All applicants will be notified by email regarding acceptance.
As a public school, Gem Prep provides a free and appropriate education to all students, including students with disabilities.
